And grateful because this activity is supported by PT Freeport and the Bina Bangsa Papua Foundation. "In the future, the workforce challenges will indeed become more difficult, but I see that the opportunities are still very big if we prepare ourselves with tips and tricks, so that we can seize these opportunities. We will pay attention in such a way that the younger siblings will have prepared themselves from the start, then put themselves in these positions. We in the Student Affairs Sector will fully support the students because this is not just for the students. We at this institution, if you graduate and get a decent job, the award goes back to us. So it's not just for younger siblings. For your information, we have collaborated with various large companies ranging from Pertamina, Pusri, PLN, and also several banks. What we will work on in the future is to read opportunities, open up opportunities in the company and we will develop younger siblings who have the appropriate capacity for the company. So Papuan brothers and sisters also have the opportunity to do that. We compete to get job opportunities. A day or two ago there was an opportunity to accept BPJS for various alumni from medicine, IT, statistics and the public health sector, where BPJS is currently opening up job opportunities. These opportunities prepare him from now on, because he needs a sufficient GPA, sufficient English, sufficient TOEFL, indeed optimizing oneself since entering Sriwijaya University is probably like that. Don't let us miss it. Be optimistic that these opportunities are still before our eyes. "Our only need is to optimize ourselves, including attending this seminar well," he stressed.
